BritBrittany “Britt” Lewis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children age 10 and older, teens, and adults. She focuses on anxiety, sports performance anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and grief.

Britt’s approach to therapy centers on building strong therapeutic rapport and creating a supportive space where clients can express themselves openly. She believes growth comes from accepting change, learning how to cope with difficulties, and building resilience along the way.
Britt practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sport and Performance Psychology. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, harmful thinking patterns, and challenges with emotional regulation. Sport and Performance Psychology can support athletes and performers dealing with performance anxiety, burnout, injury-related mental setbacks, and motivation challenges.

As a former dancer and cheerleader, Britt understands the mental and emotional demands athletes often face. She helps athletes build a healthier relationship with their chosen sport while working toward their competition goals.

Through a collaborative approach, Britt helps clients process their experiences and develop healthy coping strategies to help reduce symptoms and support overall well-being.

Britt earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rockhurst University and her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Avila University.
