Meet Brittany (Britt) Lewis, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Children (10+)/Teens/Adults
I practice in CBT and Sport and Performance Psychology. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is helpful for individuals who have challenges with anxiety, depression, harmful thinking patterns and poor emotional regulation. Sport and Performance Psychology is helpful for athletes and performers who struggle with performance anxiety, burnout, and mental setbacks due to injury.

Hi, my name is Britt and I have a passion for helping others reach their mental health goals, being resilient, and prioritizing their well-being. My approach to therapy is building a strong therapeutic rapport and allowing a safe space for clients to express themselves. Growth comes from accepting change and learning how to cope with difficulties while trusting the journey to getting better. I hope to help my clients through the various journeys they take in life.
As a former dancer and cheerleader, I understand that athletes often struggle with motivation, anxiety, and depression while playing sports. I also work with athletes on building a healthy relationship with their chosen sport while completing their competition goals.
I have a bachelor’s in Psychology from Rockhurst University and a master’s in Counseling Psychology from Avila University. I look forward to working with you on your path to managing your mental well-being at Rejuvenate.
